Group Bookings

Wonder Horse is the perfect venue for staff parties, birthday celebrations or corporate functions. Our mezzanine is perfect for groups of up to 30 guests, with tailored food and drink menus available on request. For smaller groups, just flick us an email and we'll do our best to make it work for you!


Mezzanine Hire/Minimum Spend

The mezzanine is available for hire from open until 9pm. The cost of this is calculated based on the night of week you are looking at booking and the length of time required. We can potentially open early for your group if necessary.

Payment

If you are paying for all your guests, we will put everything on one tab and present you with a detailed receipt to pay at the end of the night. We accept Eftpos, cash or credit card. If you would like us to invoice you we will need to get some details off you beforehand.

If your guests are paying for their own drinks we can charge them individually as they purchase their drinks.

There is also the availability for you to subsidise your guests' drinks. Let us know if this is an option that you are interested in.

DJ's

We have several DJ's that play frequently at the bar. If you would like a DJ for your function, please let us know and we can get arrange it. The cost of this may differ depending on a variety of factors. Or you may have your own DJ in mind. We have DJ equipment available; this would be included in the cost if you'd like to use one of our DJ's, but would require a bond of $100 if you'd like to bring in your own DJ to use our equipment.
